Difficulty in patterns

You will find patterns with varying degrees of difficulty. Every pattern has been graded with between one and four stars depending on the difficulty of the pattern. You can find the stars in the info for each pattern. Each level of difficulty is described below:

1 – BEGINNER

These patterns are quite good for beginners. You will be able to make use of patterns which will include very detailed descriptions and will never include difficult techniques. Also, you will often be able to find video (in Polish mainly) that will guide you along with the pattern.

2 – INTERMEDIATE ☆☆

These patterns are slightly more involved in techniques, but will likely still  be an easy project. Some new techniques may be introduced. There may be possibility to pay more attention to pattern. Charts may be used in addition to written pattern. Likely more, you will need to be able to manage several instructions simultaneously such as knitting ribbing while at the same time working short rows.

3 – EXPERIENCED  ☆☆☆

The patterns are more difficult and will require some mastery or practice before executing in your project. The patterns will still guide you throughout, but new techniques may be used and will have some parts where the pattern needs to be followed more closely.

4 – ADVANCED ☆☆☆

These pattern are for the advanced knitter and will either contain difficult or complex techniques or uncommon construction. Practice of techniques and careful attention will likely be called for throughout.
